Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consumer product development and knowledge of building landing pages for a/b testing
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to make data-driven selections with excellent multi-functional teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy crafting in sophisticated and sometimes ambiguous spaces where there is no “paved path”
  • Able to set up experiments, landing pages, including A/B testing and significance testing
  • You are a communicative person that values building positive relationships with colleagues and partners and have the ability to explain sophisticated topics in simple terms
  • Have a passion for the music/media industry, it helps especially if you have worked in content before
  • Have experience designing for either business or consumer focused products at scale
  • Develop our suite of internal tools and developer experiences
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with data scientists, user researchers, product managers, engineers on the Growth Team
  • Power on and off channel design work that supports content testing programs from the lens of experimentation
  • Develop landing pages, design for various mediums (i.e. push notifications, email), and new tools that drive premium subscribers
  • Build pipelines using internal tooling to create automated anding pages, push, email and dashboards
  • Analyze large data sets to understand user conversion flows and how to further optimize marketing tools
  • Work with our user research teams to scope and support ongoing research projects
  • Design solutions that center inclusivity and accessibility in order to reach users worldwide
  • Communicate insights and recommendations through clear visualizations and presentations
