OneSource Virtual adds three industry veterans to Board of Directors.

OneSource Virtual adds three industry veterans to Board of Directors. June 17, 2026 Amit Aghara, Matt Brandt and Bala Janakiraman OneSource Virtual (OSV), a provider of HR and payments services for the Workday ecosystem, has appointed Amit Aghara, Matt Brandt and Bala Janakiraman to its Board of Directors as the company positions for continued expansion following a recent growth investment. The appointments come several months after TA Associates completed a strategic majority investment in OSV in January 2026. The company said the funding is supporting ongoing growth initiatives, product development efforts and the expansion of customer capabilities across its platform. OSV serves more than 1,500 Workday customers and facilitates more than $250 billion in annual treasury movement, giving the company a significant footprint within the Workday services and payments ecosystem. The addition of three executives with backgrounds spanning enterprise software, payments and technology is expected to strengthen the board as the company scales its operations and product offerings. "Matt, Bala, and Amit each bring something distinct to our board," said John Bax, CEO of OneSource Virtual. "Matt knows the Workday partner ecosystem inside and out. Bala has scaled some of the most respected names in payments. And Amit has led product and technology through rapid growth. We're fortunate to have all three of these leaders share their expertise as OSV continues to grow." Aghara joins the board with experience building software, payments and artificial intelligence businesses across multiple industries. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Fintech, where he oversees technology architecture, product strategy and platform innovation. Prior to Fintech, he was a founding team member at Kore.ai, helping launch the company's agentic AI platform. Earlier in his career, he held a senior technology leadership role at Kony, contributing to the company's growth before its acquisition, and began his career at IBM, where he developed software products and earned several patents. Brandt brings extensive experience in enterprise software sales and partner ecosystems. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Partners at Workday, where he helped lead the company's transition to a partner-first operating model. Before joining Workday, he held leadership roles at SAP and other software companies. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Brandt began his professional career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Janakiraman adds deep payments and financial technology expertise to the board. He most recently served as CEO and board member of Onbe, a corporate payouts platform focused on enterprise clients. During his tenure, he led efforts to integrate predecessor businesses and build a modern business-to-consumer payments platform. Earlier, he was CEO of BluePay, guiding the company through its acquisition by First Data. Following the transaction, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Partner Solutions at Fiserv. The board additions reflect OSV's focus on strengthening leadership oversight as organizations continue to seek more efficient ways to manage payroll, benefits administration, accounts payable, tax compliance and earned wage access within Workday environments. The company has worked exclusively with Workday customers since its founding in 2008, providing technology and services designed to automate administrative and transactional processes while helping organizations maximize the value of their Workday investments. With its growing customer base and expanded board expertise, OSV is positioning itself to support increased demand for integrated payroll, finance and benefits operations as enterprises continue to modernize workforce and back-office processes.
