- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a passion for working with children, especially children with neurodivergent behaviors.
- Have at least one year of experience working with children.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Complete 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training; training will be provided if it has not been completed previously.
- Be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy services to children with autism.
- Work one-on-one with a child while performing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, following the behavior treatment plan and the supervising clinician's direction.
- Teach new skills and implement behavior modification to help children reach developmental milestones.
- Submit all billing in a timely manner and ensure documentation accurately supports services rendered.
- Update working availability in the electronic medical record platform and communicate availability changes with the Client Advocate.
- Communicate regularly with the Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
- Comply with and follow the Behavior Analyst Certification Board code of ethics in service delivery and professional conduct.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Experience with maladaptive behaviors is highly preferred.
