  • 10+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with most of that time working on Growth teams or similar at a product-led growth company.

  • Ability to leverage data and qualitative insights to develop strong hypotheses and excellent collaboration skills to translate hypotheses into winning experiments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Growth product team at Render, partnering closely with Marketing, Developer Relations, and Engineering to accelerate and scale our product-led growth motion.
  • Run a high velocity experiment-driven team that tests rigorous, winning hypotheses and builds on learnings over time.
  • Deeply understand Render's customer funnel and apply creativity and analytical skills to identify the highest leverage opportunities to improve it.
  • Partner closely with core product teams on driving adoption for new products.
  • Be the voice of the first-time user at Render and influence Product and Go-to-market decisions throughout the org with this key audience in mind.

  • Experience working on pricing and packaging at a SaaS or developer tools company.
  • Experience as a developer professionally or a technical background.
