About The Role
Charlie Health is seeking a Director of Growth to lead the company’s digital acquisition and email marketing programs. Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Director of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive digital acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and increase audience engagement through targeted email marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Digital acquisition
- Manage our multi-channel digital marketing program, constructing targeted acquisition strategies that meet KPI goals across platforms
- Own our digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation and return on investment
- Evaluate, launch, and scale new marketing channels and tactics to drive sustainable, long-term growth.
- Email Marketing
- Lead our B2B email marketing campaigns, optimizing for relevancy and segmentation to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.
- Design triggered email and SMS campaigns at key points in the lead and client lifecycle to engage and retain clients effectively.
- Deeply understand the client journey and unique needs of all relevant Charlie Health audiences to refine messaging and enhance client experience.
- Analytics & Forecasting
- Construct accurate forecasts based on budgets, company goals, and trending performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Analyze performance drivers at a granular level, surfacing actionable insights to improve campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Execute frequent A/B tests to enhance the performance of our emails and ads, using data to inform creative and strategic improvements.
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, highlighting key trends, inflection points, and recommendations for continued growth.
- Conversion Funnel
- Partner with our web developer and admissions team to optimize the client experience and improve the conversion of digital traffic and leads, enhancing the overall user journey.
- Team Leadership
- Lead the current growth team, composed of two team members, enabling the completion of key projects and achievement of goals.
- As needed, hire and onboard additional team members to support our growing initiatives and expand our capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with our Finance and Growth Strategy teams on forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or similar analytical subject area
- 6+ years of relevant experience; experience in consulting or investment banking is a plus
- Familiarity with growth marketing strategies and execution; direct channel management is a plus
- Highly analytical, with an ability to work with unstructured data and construct actionable recommendations
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus
- Successful track record driving results on a team at a rapidly scaling company
- Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
- Proactive self-starter and natural multitasker
- Meticulous attention to detail

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $140,000 and $177,500 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
