  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in a database or marketing analytics role
  • Knowledge of overall email processes and ESP platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SQL; Python

Responsibilities
  • Communicate data-backed insights and recommendations to the team
  • Support the CRM Campaigns team with list operations for outbound marketing campaigns that deliver against revenue-driving goals including incremental revenue lift, engagement and retention
  • Use performance dashboards and develop recurring CRM campaign reporting
  • Maintain dashboards and perform regular audits on all dashboard data
  • Provide database counts and audience sizing for ad-hoc requests for campaigns and market research
  • Perform list hygiene process for all non-marketing lists to check for different suppressions and exclusions
  • Develop automated CRM campaigns in ESP
  • Maintain and audit CRM data in ESP and push platforms
  • Collaborate with Engineering team to lead implementation roadmap, operationalize targeting variables, and ensure data integrity
  • Contribute to ideation process with strategic insights, supporting the development of CRM tactics and revenue driving opportunities
