About the Position:
Job Title: Partner Manager
Location: Candidate must be located in Canada or the USA. Our office is located in Toronto, ON, Canada, but the role is remote/hybrid/flexible.
Reports to: Head of Partnerships
Position Overview: Today, we have an ecosystem of partners (integrations & referrals) but are doubling down on the partnership program. So we’re looking to hire another Partnership Manager to help us expand our program.
We’re counting on you to:
- Manage every part of the partner lifecycle, end to end, from outreach, relationship building, creating a strategic plan, and delivering on joint initiatives. Ultimately, the goal is to generate more referrals, integrations, and revenue for the business through partnerships.
Requirements:
- You’ve done this before. You have 4+ years of experience developing partnerships or alliances, particularly with larger, more complex technology partners.
- You’re a relationship builder. You easily connect with individuals and identify areas of collaboration. You have the ability to navigate large organizations and influence the decision-makers.
- You know SaaS. You have a deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems and experience in developing and creating mutually beneficial outcomes.

- You have product and marketing savviness. You have an intuition for a partner’s company and can quickly assess their marketing assets/channels. You equally enjoy building and executing go-to-market activities.
- You’re technical-ish. You’re able to discuss APIs at a high-level, providing guidance to developers, and share best practices.
- You’re friendly and persistent. You create well-constructed asks with the ability to continue with an idea until a partner sees it through. You’re a closer who isn’t afraid to make outsized requests and secure wins.
- You’re a cross-functional team player. You have strong organizational skills with a team-centric mindset and the ability to execute. You’re able to quickly and effectively collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
- You’re data driven. You measure your work and outcomes with our partners to ensure continued performance.
- You have a growth mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. The idea of expanding existing relationships or building new partnerships from the ground up excites and motivates you.
- You’re an excellent communicator. You understand the value we provide to partners and can transparently articulate it to partners in both verbal and written formats.
You will:
- Own: Our partner relationship.
- Teach: The company and customers about our value-adding partnerships.
- Learn: Our health tech landscape and how we win the market.
- Improve: Our partner GTM function with channel and technology partners.
Within:
- 1 month you will:
- Get familiar with the company and team.
- Become a product expert.
- Understand partner program and goals.
- Set short-term goals.
- 3 months you will:
- Meet all the partners in your portfolio.
- Execute on marketing activities.
- Optimize partner management and enable partner success.
- Educate internal teams on the partners.
- 6 months you will:
- Develop long-term plans for partners.
- Expand partnerships.
- Strengthen your relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze partner metrics and propose recommendations.
