Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage & retain a book of VIP members, providing a 6-star experience through elevated service & premium perks
  • Drive significant increases in loyalty and gaming revenue from your book of business
  • Create personalized & memorable experiences for VIPs that generate increased brand affinity
  • Help plan, attend & host at PrizePicks' live events
  • Respond to & resolve inquiries from VIPs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the VIP Team & other PrizePicks departments to innovate engagement opportunities & unique experiences for VIPs
  • Provide detailed reports on your book of VIP members
  • Check in with VIPs in accordance with our Responsible Gaming procedures
