Requirements
  • 5-8 years of project/program management experience in a cloud/SaaS environment & solid understanding of working within an agile framework
  • Bachelors of Science in CS, MIS, related degree or equivalent work experience with minimum of 4 years of technical work experience
  • demonstrated ability working with project management & collaboration tools (Jira, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Tempus, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Lucid, Confluence, Coupa, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • You will manage large cross-functional projects and programs, serving the needs of multiple stakeholders, working on issues where critical thinking & active stakeholder management will be essential
  • You will build and track key deliverables & artifacts, developing risk mitigation plans where needed to ensure intended business outcomes & objectives
  • You will facilitate decision making up and down the organization with SteerCo discussions, team level alignment and technical design meetings, right sizing the types & frequency of communication and collaboration needed
  • You will be an advocate for process improvements evolving how we work in SaaS and Agile environments
