Requirements
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in professional services or a similar client-facing delivery role
  • at least 8 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., VP of Delivery, Chief Operating Officer, or similar)
  • A passion for and demonstrated history of building global teams and empowering leaders to create a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and career advancement opportunities for every team member
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, including technical and non-technical professionals
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a delivery organization, with a focus on repeatable processes, operational excellence, profitability, budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with sales, technology, and other executive leaders
  • Deep understanding of the importance of delivery in the sales process
  • MBA preferred, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Operations Management and/or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive delivery strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and prioritizes client success
  • Establish and enforce best practices for client success, project management, quality assurance, and client communication
  • Implement repeatable and scalable delivery methodologies to support rapid growth while maintaining high quality standards
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping and SOW creation to final delivery and client sign-off, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of multidisciplinary SVPs and VPs
  • Establish clear career tracks and development plans for all delivery roles, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Empower practice leaders develop the next generation of leaders within the organization, empowering them to take ownership and drive results
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and talent deployment across all projects
  • Take full ownership of the delivery organization's P&L
  • Implement robust financial controls to forecast and achieve projected project profitability, burn rates, and resource utilization
  • Lead the optimization of our global team's capabilities, thoughtfully utilizing resources to deliver exceptional client outcomes and maximize impact
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand market needs and support sales efforts, demonstrating how a strong delivery organization is a key differentiator
  • Collaborate with Technology Leadership to ensure that our delivery capabilities align with our technology strategy and solution offerings
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • Champion a client-first mindset throughout the delivery organization, ensuring that client satisfaction is a primary measure of success
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Cloud or other major public cloud platforms is highly desirable
  • An MBA preferred, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Operations Management and/or equivalent work experience
