Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations strategy, tech quote-to-cash, or corporate strategy role (with a focus on operational performance). Experience in the enterprise software, SaaS and B2B industry preferred.
  • Ability to effectively deliver enablement materials to both internal stakeholders and field organizations.
  • Advanced research and analysis skills that you can flex to address, define, and break down a complex problem and/or situation.
  • The propensity to summarize and communicate complex ideas and concepts within internal teams with authority, influencing stakeholders including Databricks executives and department leadership.
  • Ability and passion to analyze, set priorities, and solve complex problems
  • Comfortable and thrive in a rapidly scaling and dynamic startup environment
  • Process expert: Envision E2E process change to solve our needs, drive agreement, document requirements, guide execution in partnership with IT, perform UAT, and report on progress.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and common Go To Market and Deal Support business processes
  • Be self-driven, and show the ability to adhere to deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of accuracy
  • A fondness for customer service and patience to work with various cross-functional teams and business partners
  • Proficiency with common business tools such as Google Workspace Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), JIRA, or Lucid Charts to create dashboards, reports, and other deliverables.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Strategy & Operations, Finance Data and Strategy (FDS), IT systems teams, and relevant stakeholders such as GTM, Legal, Order Management, Field Sales, and Finance to roll out new and improved system/process enhancements and new commercialization initiatives
  • Effectively enable internal stakeholders and field organization on new system/process enhancements and new commercialization initiatives
  • Be a trusted partner to the Strategy & Execution Leadership by being independently capable of driving small-to-medium projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the delivery team by working with the IT, business, and product owners to refine user stories and requirements, perform UAT testing, and go live on said requirements
  • Solve complex business problems by breaking them down into tangible steps for business systems developers to implement
  • Contribute to the QtC Strategy and build processes in place to ensure we have the right prioritizations at the right time
  • Formulate your own key questions, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify the highest impact opportunities and actionable insights
  • Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.
