  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of related HR experience in generalist roles, with a focus on HR service delivery
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional projects to completion including organizing, planning, scheduling, and following up on project related items.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Documents and maintains accurate and comprehensive case records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations
  • Investigates and resolves HR cases, such as employee complaints, policy violations, and disciplinary matters
  • Supports the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans
  • Ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures, communicating updates and changes to employees as necessary
  • Maintains accurate employee records and data within the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Promotes a positive employee experience by executing programs, initiatives and activities
  • Contributes to HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvement efforts, policy development, and HR system implementations
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, including HR business partners, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits to deliver integrated and effective HR services to the site
  • Generates and analyze HR service delivery metrics and reports, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
