Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of Learning and Development experience.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
  • Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, control, coordinate and participate in training employees across the organization.
  • Ensure training develops skills and enhances productivity and quality of work.
  • Establish orientation, training, development and evaluation systems for employees.
  • Design, develop, plan, administer and implement systematic training activities and programs for all staff levels.
  • Assess employee training requirements and create suitable programs to meet them.
  • Ensure an active and efficient training system is implemented across all departments.
  • Plan and administer employee training seminars in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assess the effectiveness of each training program after it is conducted.
  • Create a positive learning environment.
  • Bring matters affecting the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport to management’s attention.
  • Keep abreast of innovations and trends in hospitality.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments.
  • Respond to training-related queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the team is trained on all safety provisions.
  • Keep personnel informed of departmental objectives and policies.
  • Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth departmental functioning and promote teamwork.
  • Develop a training and development model linked to organizational business goals and objectives.
  • Develop, direct and evaluate training programs according to requirements.
  • Evaluate training and instructional materials, teaching aids and devices.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and recommend training programs.
  • Communicate and support company policies and procedures to maintain employee morale and motivation.
  • Manage the Training Function in accordance with the Operations Manual and applicable policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update training records and training passports.
  • Communicate policies and procedures effectively to ensure optimum service.
  • Work with the management team to provide clear communication and fair, timely training evaluations.
  • Develop and train employees on new programs and company initiatives.
  • Liaise with schools, colleges and universities to arrange recruitment and selection of management and industrial trainees.
