Responsiblities:

• Along with the Executive Producer you will manage and oversee end-to-end production, from client briefings to final delivery.
• You will own your own project budgets, and will strive to find cost efficiencies at every opportunity whilst managing and controlling profit margins.
• You will create timelines for all productions, respecting all key milestones and deadlines.
• You will have a production network both locally within London and across EMEA.
• You will manage and contract 3rd party vendors.
• You will manage invoicing and payment with vendors and our in house finance team.
• You will need experience of working in a fast-paced production environment, able to juggle multiple tasks and projects, used to overseeing teams and content, and must be highly organised, with excellent communication and attention to detail.
• You will work to production processes and protocols, and work across the development and implementation of organisational systems and procedures.
• You will be a team player, working side by side with creative and account management to ensure the clients needs are met at all times. 
• You will be willing to travel for overseas productions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in production (agency/in-house, line production essential).
• Proficient in stills + film production.
• European language is very advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills over email and phone.
• Able to work independently and effectively is a must.
• A go-getter and time-efficient individual.
