Responsibilities
  • Build and run end-to-end recruiting processes alongside outsourced recruiting resources, helping to create a seamless candidate experience and close best-in-class talent.
  • Source top talent & screen candidates across multiple different functions (engineering, CX, operations). We’ll look to you to both evaluate fit and help get candidates psyched about our mission, impact, and team.
  • Develop hiring and people strategies with leadership / founders to help achieve company priorities, autonomously driving new people initiatives to support team growth as we scale (e.g., performance management, compensation, policies).
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and administrative processes to help set teammates up for success from the get-go.
  • Help out with HR, company events, and culture initiatives as needed.
