Requirements
  • Experience recruiting into the product or software engineering space in either an agency or fast growth brand
  • Highly data led: you proactively identify opportunities through data to improve our approach and our relationships with stakeholders
  • Curious: always looking to learn more about how we build our products and the technology we use
  • Pragmatic: You form strong relationships with hiring managers and are highly outcome and impact focussed
  • A passionate communicator: Both telling our story to candidates and coaching and advising hiring managers on how to make a great hire
  • Detail orientated: from organising interviews to closing candidates, you understand that the small details make a big difference
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute on recruitment campaigns: identifying, engaging and supporting the best product and tech talent
  • Providing memorable experiences for candidates and a white glove service for hiring managers
  • Making decisions based on facts and logic: regular check-ins and periodic reviews of data to ensure we are achieving key performance milestones (e.g. reducing time to hire, increasing conversion rates at interview stages, etc)
  • Special projects: Working on different initiatives each quarter to support the Talent team's growth (e.g. recruitment playbook, hiring manager training, DEI partnerships)
