Requirements
- Recent and relevant experience as a human relations agent or in a comparable psychosocial intervention role.
- A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, psychoeducation, or a related discipline.
- Membership in good standing with the relevant professional order, such as OPPQ or OTSTCFQ.
- Experience in mental health intervention or helping relationships is an asset.
- Ability to adapt, listen, and work in a team.
- Autonomy and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Assess the psychosocial needs of users receiving mental health services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans.
- Provide psychosocial support to individuals, families, or groups.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, physicians, and social workers.
- Contribute to the prevention, stabilization, and social reintegration of users.
