Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 5 to 8 Software Engineers
  • Maintain a mix between individual contribution and management (though this can vary)
  • Collaborate with the product manager to ensure standards in terms of quality and efficiency are respected and that people are fulfilled in their job
  • Identify developers' key strengths and areas of improvement to help them grow
  • Collaborate with other Senior Engineering Managers and Engineering Managers to set up appropriate processes as the team grows
