Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance, the Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the terminals operate safely, efficiently, and effectively. This includes leading a team of maintenance personnel and collaborating across departments to support seamless terminal operations.
The role requires suburb leadership skills, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to maintain and optimize terminal infrastructure and equipment.
Lead and manage all Maintenance personnel, including staffing decisions, performance oversight, and union/CBA strategies.
Foster a strong safety culture with full incident reporting, safety awareness, and a safety-first mindset.
Oversee training, mentorship, career progression, and continuous improvement within the Maintenance team.

Integrate Operations Management System (OMS) into maintenance practices.
Collaborate with internal Midstream teams including Engineering, EH&S, and SMEs to support maintenance excellence.
Provide technical mentorship in asset management, processes, and project controls.
Lead vendor and contractor coordination for on-site maintenance and material availability.
Partner with Operations for effective job planning and site leadership alignment.
Oversee inventory and spare parts management to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Ensure Preventive Maintenance Programs meet reliability and regulatory standards.
Drive continuous improvement and uphold AMP standards for Maintenance Excellence.
Participate in Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFAs) to resolve systemic issues.
Support new development projects through strategy planning, team onboarding, CMMS setup, and commissioning.
Act as a liaison between Engineering and Maintenance to optimize planning and execution.
Assist the CSU team in developing maintenance readiness programs for the REEF Project.
Journeyman Trade Certificate or technical diploma required.
10+ years in maintenance, Operations and overall experience in Oil and Gas required, including previous leadership in the oil and gas industry.
Excellent technical skills and understanding of maintenance, operations, and asset performance risks.
Experience managing a Maintenance team, including skilled trades professionals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in business administration task, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Incident Command Training and experience required.
Previous experience with Enterprise Asset Management Systems, Maximo preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to present strategy and data to individuals across several departments, job levels, etc.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Solid understanding of the financial and operational impact of maintenance decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
