Intrum and Siirto partner up: Invoices delivered straight to where they're paid. Article - 04.08.2026 The cooperation between Intrum and Siirto brings invoices forwarded by Intrum directly to consumers' online banks. Siirto's e-invoice address forwarding service makes receiving and paying invoices smoother for consumers, while giving companies a wider opportunity to make use of the e-invoice channel as part of modern invoice delivery. Siirto Brand Oy and credit management company Intrum are starting a cooperation in invoicing services. As a result, invoices forwarded by Intrum will be more easily available in the e-invoice channel through Siirto's e-invoice address forwarding service. The service complements Intrum's multichannel invoice delivery and also makes the first invoice available in online banks. Intrum is Europe's leading credit management company, helping around 20,000 companies in Finland by offering services across the entire receivables management lifecycle - from credit decisions and invoice delivery to the collection of overdue receivables. A smoother way for consumers to pay invoices. In practice, the invoice is routed to the consumer's familiar banking environment, where it can be reviewed and approved for payment. For consumers, this means a smoother everyday life: the invoice appears in the same place where payments are otherwise handled, and payment details don't need to be moved separately from one channel to another. When the invoice is easy to find and the payment can be approved, for example, in the banking app, payments happen more promptly and the risk of an invoice being forgotten is reduced. An easier way for companies to make use of e-invoices. For business customers, Siirto provides an easier way to deliver invoices forwarded by Intrum as e-invoices. This helps reach consumer customers where the invoice is most often paid, while also supporting the digitalisation of invoicing. From a company's perspective, the benefit comes from a smoother customer experience, a monitored and automated invoice delivery process, and the ability to make paying as easy as possible for the recipient. When the invoice is in the right channel at the right time, the payment process can also move forward faster. The cooperation brings flexibility to invoicing. The cooperation strengthens Intrum's ability to offer companies flexible and efficient invoice delivery solutions, and gives consumers an easy way to receive and pay invoices digitally. "By combining Intrum's invoicing expertise with Siirto's data services, we can offer companies an even more up-to-date and efficient way to reach their customers, and speed up the payment process." Kati Velling, Development Manager, Intrum Siirto is a Finnish payments and invoicing service that operates directly within banks' own online and mobile banking services, without a separate application.
