Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of computers and various programs including Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Power Point
  • Knowledge within the receiving, picking and shipping process and procedures
  • Excellent typing and Data Entry Skills
  • Excellent filing skills
  • 6 months’ experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, trouble shoot discrepancies
  • HS or GED and 0-2 Years Clerical Experience
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all warehouse inventory reports are accurate and that all serial numbers are accounted for to prepare for shipment the following day.
  • When checking ASN against the packing list, if a discrepancy is found he/she shall advise floor supervisor and MH to avoid shipping discrepancies for acquiring in order to get them resolved right away.
  • Maintain records, files of all receiving, discrepancies and logs in proper order as need.
  • Ability to do research on RMMS and IPS to resolve invoicing issues and discrepancies reported by R/M floor personnel.
  • Ability to communicate via email to different plants on any issues or discrepancies that need to be resolved within 48 hours.
  • Operate computer terminal, data entry display terminal, printer, radio frequency unit, handle held scanner, and other equipment needed in the work area.
  • Follow and establish quality system policies and procedures.
  • Perform all housekeeping duties (PIKA - PIKA) at various times during the shift in working areas, including maintained equipment on working area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
