Leverage your existing technical, support, and/or project management skill set in the role of a Product Owner at HealthVerity! This is a new opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience that positions them to grow into a Product Manager role in healthcare. Initially, you will help the evolution of our key product for Identity Management (Census) into a high-quality, highly accurate, scalable product that delights our customers and serves as the cornerstone of many of other HealthVerity Products like MarketPlace, Consent, Data Deliveries, and Clinical Trial support. Other responsibilities include:
• Streamline and automate implementation processes for our customers to ensure they are able to leverage Census in a reliable manner with minimal effort
• Work with the Engineering teams and Data Scientists on improvements in processing and accuracy for Identity Resolution
• Work to develop processes to monitor, report and manage the processing of Identity Resolution
• Work with Product Management across products that use the results of Identity Resolution to ensure ease of use and functionality
What you will do
• Assist in innovating our proprietary de-identification and data science algorithms for Identity Resolution
• Create and enhance our QA processes for Identity Resolution
• Build consensus across the teams in developing and documenting repeatable processes to support our Identity Resolution processes
• Learn how products are ideated, defined, and advocated to leadership for investment, so that you may be an important part of that process
• Support the product development process through translations of concept and market problems into user stories, define the acceptance criteria and perform/manage user acceptance testing
• Establish KPIs and success metrics and iterate toward product success
• Monitor and communicate processes, milestones, and issues and help to create solutions
About you
• Desire to expand your professional experience into product management
• Passionate about high levels of accuracy in healthcare technology for most positive impact
• Eager to learn, inquisitive, with initiative
• Strong communication ability, really work to help people understand your meaning
• Able to identify, describe and communicate market/user needs and stories to a development/engineering audience
• Believes in the importance of data and analytics on decision making believe that there is no such thing as over-communication when it comes to products/solutions
Desired skills and experience
• 3+ years of related experience in software, preferably in the areas of technical implementation program/project mgmt, and/or customer support for a SaaS solution
• Ability to learn and document processes in the SaaS environment, AWS experience a plus
• Understanding of programming languages and QA processes and their uses in developing new functionality in software
• Experience in healthcare is a big plus
• Demonstrated fit with HealthVerity’s culture and values
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working closely with customers, engineers, solutions, and sales
• Self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment, and energy who wants to learn and grow
Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $67,500 - 120,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
All HealthVerity team members must be vaccinated against COVID-19 unless granted an exemption based on religious or medical reasons. Determinations for exemptions are evaluated on an individualized basis and are role-dependent.
