Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop new laser welding technology and produce test results and reports.
Perform welding head, galvanometer, laser, and other laser equipment performance tests and generate test reports.
Debug on-site laser processes, analyze and resolve process problems.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in laser welding, laser cutting, and other processes.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork; careful and meticulous work ethic with good communication and coordination skills.
Experience with welding process implementation in a manufacturing environment.
Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
