Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in investor relations or business development at an asset manager, financial institution or placement agent
  • Fluent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Managing CRM systems
  • Undergraduate degree
Responsibilities
  • Assisting with investor engagement efforts and maintaining up-to-date CRM records and fund pipelines
  • Overseeing the accuracy and integrity of the investor database and related platforms through thorough data validation
  • Coordinating the planning and execution of investor events, conferences, and related logistics
  • Preparing briefing materials and support for leadership ahead of meetings and speaking engagements
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of processes and infrastructure across the Capital Formation function
  • Assisting with the preparation of fundraising materials, including executive summaries, pitch books, PPMs, DDQs, etc.
  • Collaborating with investment and finance teams to complete due diligence requests
