Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA from an accredited four-year institution
  • Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in investor relations or business development at an asset manager, financial institution, or placement agent
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Responsibilities
  • Supporting investor engagement by the Head of Strategic Relationships: Attending and taking notes at investor meetings and conferences, engaging in investor outreach and updating the CRM
  • Planning, preparation and implementation of various investor conferences and events
  • Prepping leadership for meetings and speaking roles
  • Supporting the operational needs of the broader IR Team: Collaborating with investment and finance teams to complete due diligence requests
  • Managing the investor CRM database and various platforms while maintaining high accuracy of data through extensive quality-checking procedures
  • Supporting various initiatives in building out processes and infrastructure for the Investor Relations function

Mistral AI, France’s open-source answer to OpenAI, plans to go public instead of being acquired. “We are not for sale,” CEO and co-founder Arthur Mensch told Bloomberg TV Tuesday (Jan. 21).
