Requirements
  • Experience leading products, defining product roadmaps, and tracking product success.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the Product Manager within an Agile framework, ensuring that artificial intelligence platform products meet customer needs and align with organizational strategic goals.
  • Drive the evolution of a reusable enterprise Agentic Ecosystem comprising agent orchestration, memory, tool integration, model routing, identity, observability, deployment services, and governance capabilities.
  • Champion the developer experience and platform strategy by simplifying artificial intelligence agent development through reusable software development kits, application programming interfaces, templates, documentation, reference implementations, self-service capabilities, and internal developer tooling.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize initiatives to increase impact.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of artificial intelligence initiatives from discovery through enterprise scale, identifying reusable platform capabilities while optimizing reliability, scalability, latency, and artificial intelligence inference costs.
  • Own platform health and adoption metrics, including product usage, active builders, developer experience, platform adoption, model quality, reliability, latency, cost efficiency, Responsible AI compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish governance, guardrails, evaluation standards, and policy enforcement in partnership with Responsible AI, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Define evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, reliability, latency, hallucination risk, cost, and business outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of product management or related experience, including 5 or more years delivering artificial intelligence or machine learning, developer platform, cloud platform, or enterprise software products.
  • Experience building or managing enterprise artificial intelligence platforms, developer platforms, platform-as-a-product offerings, or shared platform capabilities for internal or external developers.
  • Strong understanding of large language models, artificial intelligence agents, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, model serving, artificial intelligence evaluation, and machine learning productization in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with AWS, Databricks, MLflow, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable artificial intelligence development platforms and frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, application programming interfaces, software development kits, microservices, event-driven systems, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Experience defining and measuring developer experience, platform adoption, product analytics, customer success metrics, and platform health.
  • Experience establishing or partnering on Responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and compliance practices for enterprise artificial intelligence platforms, including guardrails, policy enforcement, and evaluation standards.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting product strategy, technical vision, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience using experimentation, telemetry, observability, and customer feedback to improve platform adoption, product quality, and user experience.

Amgen to open new science and innovation centre in Hyderabad's Genome Valley

Amgen announced plans to open a new Science and Innovation Center in Genome Valley, Hyderabad, expected to be operational in 2027. The facility will join Amgen's global Research and Development network of seven research laboratories, expanding the company's scientific capabilities. Amgen fair value rises to $372 after Q2 beat sparks analyst target hikes to $450
