Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient office operations, including space planning, office supplies, and facilities support.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to create a vibrant and engaging workplace that supports productivity and satisfaction.
  • Work with the People Team on culture, engagement initiatives, and event planning, including all-hands calls and team-building activities.
  • Oversee all operational and experience aspects of company properties, including offices and the manufacturing facility.
  • Manage building maintenance, security, and vendor relationships, acting as the primary contact for responses.
  • Ensure all properties meet city, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards.
  • Oversee regular maintenance and repairs, and supervise maintenance staff.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget for facility and office operations.
  • Lead and support a team of office coordinators, negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers for all office locations.
