Requirements
  • Ability to commit to at least 16 hours per week; all hours must be worked in the Dallas office
  • Pursuing a Professional, CIDA, or NASAD-accredited degree in Interior Design
  • Familiarity with Revit and eagerness to learn additional relevant software and programs
  • Collaborative work style, professional communication skills, and careful attention to detail
  • Demonstrated a proactive, positive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team
  • Flexible attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential
  • This position is designated as part-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location
  • Monday through Friday during standard business hours
  • A set schedule will be determined during the hiring process and adhered to throughout the internship
  • Reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role
Responsibilities
  • Assist with relocating, sorting, and restocking Materials Library resources
  • Interact with industry vendors for coordination of and during product presentations, library updates, material and product research, and sample requests
  • Assist with material selections, project sample organization, and sample board development
  • Opportunities to participate in community service events, team happy hours, lunch and learns from industry experts, our weekly design presentations at Forum, and other fun events!
