Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of a legal intake specialist is to set up and manage the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients who are a good fit for our law firm. Some critical legal intake specialist job duties are:

· Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases.

· Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients’ claims have merit.

· Evaluating prospective clients’ claims to determine whether they’re in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm.

· Signing up new clients, gaining a client’s business

· Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates

· Enter client’s information for incoming and outgoing calls.

Key Traits:

· Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise.

· Must be empathetic - Building trust through demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer’s situation.

· Strong negotiation and people skills, demonstrating consistent and effective communication skills.

· Sales experience is a strong plus!

· Candidates must be driven, resilient, and persistent.

· Must possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow.

· Enjoy working in a team environment.

· A natural salesperson, someone who can get clients to sign with us and who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims.

· Enjoys phone interactions.

· Someone fearless in going above and beyond for the client and the Firm will work flawlessly with our team of motivated and successful specialists and strong paralegal and administrative professionals.

· Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks at once.
