Gala is a cutting-edge leader in the blockchain and web3 space, driving innovation and growth through decentralized technologies. We are looking for a Web3 Nodes Business Leader with deep technical expertise and strategic acumen to lead and grow our Nodes business. The Nodes Business Leader will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, growth, and overall success of our Nodes business. This is a key leadership position that requires a unique blend of blockchain and Web3 technical knowledge and strong business leadership skills. The successful candidate will drive new strategic initiatives, manage P&L, expand partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver on product and business goals.
We are seeking visionary business leaders with deep subject matter expertise and proven leadership experience to take our company to the next stage. The focus is driving new strategic initiatives, growing the existing business, including new and existing partners, and leading and managing teams. They will also manage their P&L. Most importantly, we need leaders who embody a “yes and” mentality, embracing challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a drive to figure things out and deliver impactful results.
