  • Lead the expansion of our US Payroll & PEO business line, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Manage operations, strategy, and execution to ensure alignment with Deel’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Create and execute plans that support rapid growth while maintaining high service standards.
  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, minimizing risk and ensuring operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of business strategies.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, inspire, and develop team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the company’s success.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize business performance.
