Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry, preferably in strategic planning, management consulting, market intelligence, or a related field. Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced Excel features, PowerPoint, or other visual presentation programs and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
  • leverage advanced analytical methods to anticipate future trends in market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales performance to develop and maintain forecast models. Collaborate with teams to present forecast outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis, translating findings into actionable insights and articulating the rationale and potential impact through compelling presentations to key decision-makers. Manage market intelligence tools to support the collection and dissemination of competitive information
  • collaborate with senior leadership to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and areas for improvement across the greater Disney Games Group portfolio. Tap into market trends and adjacent industries for future-focused analysis
  • continuously refine forecasting methodologies based on new data, market changes, and emerging trends. Contribute to a culture of innovation by developing creative solutions to address complex business challenges
