Requirements
  • Significant experience in software sales to defense and intelligence community government customers, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience managing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of the government procurement process, including contracting, budgeting, and regulations

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our software products to the defense and intelligence community government customers
  • Build and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the government procurement process, including contracting officers and program managers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and are successfully delivered
  • Manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and report progress to senior leadership
  • Ensure that sales activities are compliant with government regulations and our company's ethics policies
