- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in system integration, preferably in the maritime or defense industry
- Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with autonomous systems, robotics, and sensor technologies is preferred

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate hardware, software, sensors, and communication systems into ASV platforms
- Assemble and configure ASV components, including propulsion systems, navigation equipment, payloads, and control systems
- Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of integrated ASV systems
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to integration, ensuring timely resolution to maintain project timelines
- Maintain detailed records of integration processes, test results, and configuration changes to support documentation and quality assurance requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, software developers, and project managers, to coordinate integration activities and achieve project goals
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of integration processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
