  • 10+ years of experience developing successful MarTech strategies that improve measurable results.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Consultative experience explaining complex concepts and strategies to clients and company partners.
  • Expertise in Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
  • You will provide strategic leadership using insightful influence for the B2B MarTech division, aligning with our goals and client needs.
  • You will design and implement the latest MarTech solutions for B2B clients using platforms like Marketo to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • You will lead the development of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) technology offering, including audience segmentation, personalized content creation, and targeted outreach programs.
  • You will be a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and vision on MarTech strategies, technology investments, and optimization opportunities to maximize return on investment.
  • You will collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and seamless client experiences.
  • You will stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in B2B MarTech, evaluating new technologies and approaches to enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • You will establish indicators and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of MarTech plans, providing regular reporting and insights to clients and company partners.
