Requirements
  • You must be fluent in Italian as well as English. Please send an English version of your CV.
Responsibilities
  • Develop the exposure of Mama Shelter brand by receiving brand guidelines from HQ, you create your local marketing strategy to promote Mama Shelter Lake Como as the must-visit lively and cultural venue.
  • Create and update in-house communication materials (posters, menus, flyers, collaterals, etc.).
  • Track and analyse the impact of your marketing actions (social media performance, PR coverage, event results).
  • Align with the central Brand team to ensure a one consistent voice across the world.
  • Define and roll out the social media strategy for the hotel and its outlets in the local market.
  • You are the pen and the brush of Mama Shelter for the visual and editorial content you are going to publish on your local social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Time to show your social skills by identifying, meeting, and building relationships with local journalists, media, and content creator/influencers.
  • Press officer of Mama Shelter Lake Como, you can coordinate incoming requests and organise visits, press events, press trips or photoshoots at the hotel.
  • In the group, YOU are the one planning the trip! Imagine, build and orchestrate an annual event calendar aligned with global activations and local trends. Dare the original and offbeat events.
  • As a theatre director, you’ll choose your artists and local collaborations but also handle logistics with F&B teams and external partners to deliver memorable events.
