Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) process design, procurement, or a related field, with a focus on Sourcing and Contracting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of indirect procurement, bonus if in a financial services or insurance environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, including experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project/program/portfolio management tools, such as Jira, to manage initiatives and track progress.
  • Proficiency in procurement software including working within Sourcing and Procurement (S2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience working in a large-scale procurement transformation implementation such as S2P, Procurement Orchestration, or CLM implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience with process design, metrics and other operational analyses.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing S2C processes.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) process including the business alignment and prioritization of S2C initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and periodically review the status of projects and adjust as necessary.
  • Ensure effective communication with project sponsors, project managers, functional and resource managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Engage key stakeholders to evaluate proposed and ongoing projects based on value, risk, effort, cost and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, templates, and guidelines.
  • Lead with influence and expertise.
  • Actively contribute to the division or department leadership team.
  • Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
  • Be accountable for S2C process effectiveness in alignment with Procurement Policy and Standards.
  • Identify, prioritize and lead execution of S2C process continuous improvement backlog with emphasis on increasing process efficiency and improved outcomes.
  • Oversee S2C process training for Procurement and Stakeholders.
  • Develop and own S2C process metrics and provide reporting on process performance to Procurement Leadership.
