  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, regulations, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain, update and reinforce the company's compensation structure, including base salary, incentives, and equity programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages are competitive.
  • Design and implement compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and senior management to develop and manage the various compensation review processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and HR partners on compensation-related issues, including job evaluations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation management.
  • Lead and participate in special projects related to compensation and total rewards.
