Hospice and Palliative Care Physician

As a Physician inHospice & Palliative Care, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing qualitycare andexcellent patient experience.
This position includes a competitive annual salary, a$25,000 sign-on bonus, & when eligible up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.
You will practice at Intermountain Health – Lutheran Medical Center Palliative & Hospice Care in Wheatridge as well as Denver area Intermountain hospitals.

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
Fellowship trained in both Hospice & Palliative Care
BLS or ACLS within 90 days of hire.
ABMS board certification or eligibility in bothHospice and Palliative medicine
Spanish Speaking Candidates are highly sought after
Active, unobstructed Coloradomedical license, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
