About this role:

As a Physician inHospice & Palliative Care, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing qualitycare andexcellent patient experience. 

• This position includes a competitive annual salary, a$25,000 sign-on bonus, & when eligible up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.

• You will practice at Intermountain Health – Lutheran Medical Center Palliative & Hospice Care in Wheatridge as well as Denver area Intermountain hospitals.

• Detailed Information on Call Structure and Clinical Expectations will be discussed at interview

What you’ll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.

• Fellowship trained in both Hospice & Palliative Care

• BLS or ACLS within 90 days of hire.

• ABMS board certification or eligibility in bothHospice and Palliative medicine

• Spanish Speaking Candidates are highly sought after

• Active, unobstructed Coloradomedical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Colorado DEA License

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
