Work collaboratively with the Data & Performance Analytics team to develop and test deliverables to visualize data models that empowers effective and timely decision making. Diligently listen to stakeholders to best understand the problem, development path, success criteria, and related KPI. Use critical thinking and project management techniques to drive process improvement and facilitate clear insight into business conditions.

• Microsoft communication tools – Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Project, etc…
Skills
• Develop visualizations and dashboards from reports.
• Support the development of dashboards to present critical company data to increase productivity.
• Create scorecards, dashboards, and widgets to demonstrate and communicate information for recommendations.
• Hands on experience extracting modelling, data manipulation and building calculated fields.
• Understand and develop Data and Business Analysis using SQL , scripts, etc..
• Excellent Communication skills (proactive expectation setting)
• Excellent attention to detail – must safeguard data integrity
• Collaborative – succeeds as the team succeeds
• Good customer service abilities – treat the HP Service teams and leaders as customers
• Good time management
This position will focus on a defined project flow while being flexible to process ad-hoc requests, as necessary. Must be able to work on one’s own and collaboratively as part of a team.
You must be enrolled in a university program working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
