We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Mobile Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will directly support the MES Transformation and Projects Team with on-going responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Utilize MES Operations Tableau dashboards to pull account information and trends
- Monitor projects with Corrigo dashboards
- Review work orders in Corrigo
- Filter and pull work order data and financial information from Corrigo
- Input and view pricing requests in Smartsheet’s
- Assist with submission of Corrigo portfolio updates in Smartsheet’s
- Create and update PowerPoint and instructional presentations
- Putting together business review presentation utilizing tableau and BI resources
- Support and implement content for Viva Engage and the Monthly MES newsletter
- Complete a case study of choice pertaining to MES that can potentially lead to best practice implementation.
- Must be versed in Microsoft Programs: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
As a Summer Intern in Mobile Engineering at JLL, you will:
- Business Review Prep and attend - Pull Tableau dash info and put together agendas for business reviews.
- Process Doc clean up - Support process doc cleanup and revisions in Power Point
- Viva Engage Posts - Post MES info on Viva Engage (AKA Yammer)
- Pull PM and HVAC updates – WO Analysis - Filter and pull work order data and review for quality control
- Smartsheet Data Input Use Excel to track updates on accounts and projects
- Use Excel commands to summarize and filter data, edit trackers - Input and view pricing requests in Smartsheet’s
- Field Manuals updates - Update old/non existing
- Meet with someone from MES Leadership in each workstream - Schedule a 30 minutes meet and greet session with MES Leadership to better understand functionality and client services, support
- Conduct a case study at conclusion of internship - Suggestions include: Market study on SLAs in certain markets and causes of what drives them down

Education, Skills, and Experience
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in business, or related field.
We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
7,200.00 – 10,800.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
