Role Overview:
As a Barback at Delano Dubai’s restaurant, you will be a key member of the bar team, ensuring smooth and efficient beverage service in an elegant indoor environment. Your quick response, attention to detail, and teamwork will support bartenders in delivering exceptional service, contributing to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bar Support: Assist bartenders by promptly restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverages to keep the bar operating efficiently.

• Order Preparation: Prepare and organize beverage ingredients and tools, ensuring the bar is ready for service at all times.

• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization around the bar area, quickly clearing used glasses and disposing of waste properly.

• Communication: Collaborate closely with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service in the restaurant setting.

• Team Collaboration: Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams during daily service and special events to uphold service excellence.

• Guest Assistance: Respond promptly to guest requests and assist as needed to enhance their overall experience and comfort.

Qualifications

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
