Requirements
  • Mechanical and Electrical apprenticeship experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong problem solver
  • Analytical approach
  • Previous experience with SAP (desirable)
Responsibilities
  • Perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical and preventative types of maintenance on various high-speed and packaging machinery
  • Trouble shooting
  • Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring
  • Prioritise PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule
  • Understand principle centered coaching leadership and humble questioning
  • Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process
  • Organise and execute duties as advised by the Operations Manager and Maintenance Lead
  • Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are low cost, high quality producer
  • Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines
  • Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities, and QRMP operating procedures
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
  • Work overtime as necessary
  • Pro active approach to problem solving
  • Maintain accurate records using the SAP system
  • Organise follow-up work
  • To work safely at all times and adhere to company policies
  • Identify improvements to machinery and processes working within the CI team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
