- Troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices, ensuring system security and integrity.
- Assist in migrating workloads to cloud platforms while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, system configurations, and operational workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
- Experience supporting systems for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency or similar organizations.
- Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools like Atlassian, ServiceNow, or Ivanti.
