The team
You’ll be joining a high-performing Sales team that drives growth by selling digital expertise into both existing and new accounts. The team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and accountability, working together to penetrate the mid-market, expand into new regions, and build strong relationships with Fortune 2000 clients and channel partners. The role
Own a new-logo and expansion quota selling our digital/IT services (enterprise solutions, cloud, data/AI, app modernization, managed services, IoT including Industry 5.0). You will hunt net-new in the mid-market and F2000 while expanding install accounts—focused on Manufacturing, Consumer Industries, Retail, Travel, Transportation and Logistics.
What you’ll bring

- Prospect & build pipeline: Targeted outreach, events, and partner motions to maintain 3–4× coverage in your territory.
- Run complex pursuits end-to-end: Discovery → business case → solution alignment → commercials → close.
- Land & expand: Map execs and buying centers; drive multi-tower expansions across lines of business.
- Co-sell with partners: Work joint account plans with hyper-scalers/ISVs/VARs; leverage MDF and partner demand gen.
- Forecast with accuracy: Maintain CRM hygiene; deliver forecast accuracy.
- Commercial excellence: T&M, fixed-price, managed services and outcome-based deals with Finance/Legal.
- Customer advocacy: Secure references and case studies; ensure clean handoffs to Delivery and Client Partners.
What Good Looks Like (Year 1 Metrics)
- Bookings: Meet/exceed quota with a balanced mix of new logos and expansions.
- Logos: 3–6 net-new (size dependent) in priority verticals.
- Win rate: +5–10 pts YoY on qualified deals.
- Pipeline health: ≥60% sourced from targeted campaigns/partners.
- Customer proof: 2+ referenceable wins in your territory.
Qualifications
- 10+ years quota-carrying experience in IT/digital services with consistent top-quartile performance.
- Proven success selling into mid-market/F2000 with multi-stakeholder multi-tower deals.
- Domain credibility in Manufacturing, Consumer Industries, Retail, Travel, Transportation and Logistics.
- Channel/alliances track record (AWS/Azure/GCP, major ISVs/GSIs/VARs).
- Operate independently in a matrixed environment, strong executive communication & negotiation.
- Growth mindset, team player; excellent written/verbal skills.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience packaging data/AI/GenAI and app modernization into business outcomes.
- Salesforce (or similar) power user; sales engagement tools
Territory & Travel
- Primary focus across focus industry across North America; travel 25–40% for client meetings, field events, and partner workshops.
