- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Complete and manage MDS assessments per regulatory guidelines
- Ensure accuracy in clinical documentation to support reimbursement and care planning
- Work closely with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to optimize resident outcomes
- Monitor quality measures and compliance with federal and state regulations
