Jushi Holdings reports 4% Q4 revenue growth with 20.4% adjusted EBITDA margin

Jushi Holdings Inc reported mixed fourth-quarter 2025 results, with revenue growing 4% year-over-year whilst navigating challenging market conditions. The cannabis company posted gross profit of $28.6 million, representing 41.9% of revenue, up from 38.6% in the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA reached $13.9 million with a 20.4% margin, driven by operational improvements. However, the company reported a net loss of $15.6 million, compared to a $12.5 million loss the previous year. Jushi successfully refinanced its debt, strengthening its balance sheet. The company is positioning for growth in Virginia's anticipated adult-use cannabis market, leveraging existing infrastructure. Full-year gross margins declined slightly to 43.4% from 45.9%, reflecting ongoing pricing pressure across markets. Branded sales constitute mid-60% of revenue in most markets.

Jushi Holdings refinances debt with $160M non-dilutive term loan

Jushi Holdings, a multi-state cannabis operator, has completed a $160 million refinancing of its senior secured and second lien credit facilities through a new term loan with funds managed by FocusGrowth Asset Management and other syndicate members. The term loan was issued at a 4% discount, carries a 12.5% annual interest rate payable monthly, and matures in three years. The non-dilutive financing does not amortise and is secured by company assets. Following the refinancing and debt repayment, Jushi has approximately $35 million in cash and equivalents. CEO James Cacioppo participated in the loan with $28 million, whilst founder Denis Arsenault contributed $21 million. The company will report its fourth quarter 2025 financial results on 31 March 2026.

Marijuana Company Sues DoorDash & Total Wine Over Illegal Hemp THC Sales

Marijuana company sues DoorDash & Total Wine over illegal hemp THC sales. A major Virginia cannabis operator is taking legal action against some big-name retailers. Jushi Holdings Inc. has filed a lawsuit against DoorDash, Total Wine, and several other companies, accusing them of selling illegal hemp THC products that exceed the state's legal THC limits. The lawsuit, filed in Arlington County Circuit Court, claims these businesses have been promoting high-potency cannabinoid products as legal "hemp," even though they allegedly meet the criteria for illegal marijuana under Virginia law. According to the complaint, these products were sold without required testing, safety checks, or regulatory oversight, giving unlicensed sellers an unfair advantage over Virginia's regulated medical cannabis program. Jushi argues that this "deceptive" marketing has flooded the market with unregulated products that mislead consumers. The case highlights a growing conflict nationwide: the battle between regulated cannabis businesses and the fast-moving hemp-derived THC industry, which often operates with fewer rules. The outcome could influence how Virginia - and potentially other states - police the line between legal hemp products and illegal marijuana. About seeds please. At seeds please, Seeds Please is passionate about reconnecting people with the natural roots of cannabis. Seeds Please believe knowledge and cultivation should be shared - not gatekept. Its goal is to make high-quality seeds and honest information accessible to everyone, helping growers build a deeper connection to the plant and the community around it. Cannabis is part of nature's design, and Seeds Please is here to help you grow with it - responsibly, sustainably, and with curiosity.
