Topsort, Breuninger Partner to Redefine Luxury Retail Media in Europe

Topsort, Breuninger partner to redefine luxury Retail Media in Europe. Topsort 6 days ago comments off on Topsort, Breuninger partner to redefine luxury Retail Media in Europe. As Topsort continues to power retail media across the European market, the company partners with leading luxury fashion retailer Breuninger to upgrade its existing retail media infrastructure Topsort, an artificial intelligence (AI) and auction-based retail media infrastructure company that aims to democratize Silicon Valley's monetization secrets to retailers and marketplaces, today announced its partnership with luxury European fashion and lifestyle company E. Breuninger GmbH & Co. The collaboration marks a significant step in elevating the retail media experience for both shoppers and brand partners in the luxury space. Breuninger, renowned for its premium brand curation and exceptional customer experience, operates 13 department stores across Germany and Luxembourg, as well as a thriving e-commerce business serving multiple European countries. This partnership reinforces Topsort's growing presence in the European luxury retail media market, comparable to powering retail media for Saks Fifth Avenue or Nordstrom in the U.S. From summer 2025 onwards, Breuninger runs its retail media operations using Topsort's sponsored listings and banner ads. This enables the retailer to introduce a new level of monetization while ensuring: * A Luxury Experience First: The partnership is focused on delivering high-quality, relevant advertising experiences that reflect Breuninger's long-established reputation for carefully curated premium and luxury brands. By upholding rigorous standards for brand safety and customer experience, both companies are committed to exceptional luxury shopping experiences that define Breuninger. * A Seamless Transition: The rollout will begin with select ad formats, allowing for a gradual and controlled shift from Breuninger's previous retail media platform. This phased approach ensures a smooth experience for brands and shoppers while establishing a solid foundation for future growth. * Flexibility for Every Partner: Topsort's model combines managed service for strategic brand accounts with intuitive self-service options for long-tail vendors. This hybrid approach allows Breuninger to scale efficiently, supporting both established luxury labels and emerging designers on its platform. "Partnering with Breuninger underscores Topsort's ability to meet the highest expectations of global retail media, where brand safety, customer experience, and innovation must come together seamlessly," said Regina Ye, CEO and co-founder of Topsort. "This collaboration sets a new benchmark for how luxury retailers can unlock revenue while delivering meaningful, relevant experiences for their shoppers and brand partners." Together with Topsort we strive to become the leading destination for premium and luxury retail media in the German speaking regions. Leveraging our first party data for endemic and non-endemic brands, in combination with our omnichannel capabilities, we want to position ourselves as a partner for brand building," said Daniel Grafe, Director Retail Media & Brand Cooperations at Breuninger. Topsort is an AI-based retail media infrastructure company with a mission to democratize walled garden ad technology into infrastructure products for retailers and marketplaces worldwide. Today, Topsort works with international retailers and marketplaces such as Poshmark, Doordash, JustEatTakeaway, Cencosud, and LG, and has a team based in 13 countries and customers in 40+ countries worldwide.
