Principal Engineer, Cell Development

Position Scope

SES is seeking a talented Cell Development, Principal Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate is committed and dedicated, responsible, focused, detail‐oriented, able to adjust in a fast‐paced working environment, collaborate well with other staff members with a shared vision and demonstrate excellent organizational communication skills.

This position will be based in our Chungju, South Korea location.

Responsibilities

• Review the suitability of the cell design
• Review the battery evaluation results and derive improvement directions
• Cell design of new product and mass productivity verification
• Conformity review for battery certification
• KPI evaluation management of team staff

Qualifications & Preferred requirements

• More than 6years of experience in the relevant industry
• Above Master’s degree in related majors
