- Experience in customer-facing technical roles with a track record of managing enterprise implementations
- Proven ability to manage external vendors or agencies to deliver technical solutions
- Proficiency with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to help customers customize their documentation
- Comfortable with prompt engineering and experience with AI/ML applications
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail - you'll help customers transform their current docs experience into an enjoyable content management platform

- Create custom components and solutions tailored to enterprise customer needs
- Track and report on completed onboardings, identifying opportunities for process optimization
- Serve as a technical liaison between our largest customers and internal teams
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development priorities
